The Original Brooklyn Coworking Space
Give your business a home that reflects your values, supports your growth, and respects your talents. Since 2009, Brooklyn Creative League has been committed to providing dynamic and collaborative coworking spaces to professionals from every industry. Not just beautiful spaces to work, we focus on cultivating a community that is diverse, kind and welcoming—deeply rooted in our surrounding neighborhoods through partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, and arts organizations.
Furthermore, part of our mission allows us to give back to the community’s nonprofits and causes like LGBTQ rights, wealth inequality, and racial justice. Through BCL’s social values we are connected to our local community and all that encompasses it.
Thoughtfully Designed Spaces
Our space provides members with 24-hour access* to carrel desks (surrounded by 5-ft divider walls) and private offices (with locking doors) for individuals and teams of all sizes. Our space includes high-speed internet and unlimited free printing. Our sitting areas and lounges offer freshly brewed coffees and teas, snacks, and access to kitchen appliances, along with space to dine, rest, or network with fellow members. BCL also provides multiple conference rooms and soundproof phone booths built for every kind of meeting.
With a modern industrial aesthetic, our spaces minimize reduce our carbon footprint. Our workspaces feature eco-friendly and sustainable elements, such as low-VOC paint, recycled materials, FSC-certified woods—as well as high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, lights, and appliances.
*Access may depend on membership level.
Member fun fact: When it comes to collaborating with members, we practice what we preach. We worked with BCL member Eric Safyan, Architect P.C. to design our spaces.

“I’ve been a member of BCL for almost 7 years and it has been a great place to start and grow my business. Since starting at BCL, I’ve had offices in other co-working spaces and traditional offices and I always find myself comparing where I am to BCL. […] The infrastructure has grown and become incredibly strong – when I arrive at the office I sit down, open my computer and get right to work (something that you take for granted until you are stuck somewhere without it). If you are looking for a space to start your business, I highly recommend BCL.”
