Sponsored Events

BCL excels at building community. With residents’ input, we want to be the social glue that binds residents together. For now we’re going to start with hosting and sponsoring monthly building-wide social events like trivia nights, film screenings, board game meet- ups, and happy hour. Once we’re up and running, we want to hear from you, so we can do good things—together.

$975+ per month for teams of 2 to 13. Furnished to spec, these closed-door offices can be customized to suit your business's needs.

Individual Offices

$975 per month and designed for one. Get extra privacy with these closed-door offices, furnished to spec.

Dedicated Desk

$550+ per month and designed for 1-2 people. Select a six or eight-foot desk, each with five-foot partition walls, providing privacy.

Flex Desk Unlimited

$495/month. 24/7 access and unlimited hours to book our flex desks, including carrel desks, standing bar, and quiet zone desks.

Flex Desk 80 Hours

$375/month. 80 hours per month to book a space including carrel, standing, and quiet zone desks.

Flex Desk 40 Hours

$250/month. 40 hours per month to book a space including carrel, standing, and quiet zone desks.

Virtual Membership
