Julie is the founder and CEO of Shavalier Law | Visionary Virtual Counsel, an Internet-based law practice designed to provide trusted legal advisory to entrepreneurs and businesses. After stepping away from her work in corporate litigation support relating to Asset-Backed Securities, Julie embarked on a number of entrepreneurial ventures in the field of holistic health and wellness. Through these ventures, Julie and her business partners observed a significant lack of affordable and accessible legal services for entrepreneurs seeking to establish and maintain their legal foundation, as well as a desire for more streamlined and modern representation. Shavalier Law was created as a solution to this problem. Julie is an attorney in the states of New York and Florida and an active member of the Business Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. She was honored to have been recognized at the 2013 Brooklyn State of the Borough Address for her pro bono efforts on behalf of the victims of Hurricane Sandy and the Brooklyn Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer Project.

For nearly a decade, Andrew has provided trial and transactional services to clients in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Business Transactions, Real Estate Litigation, Real Estate Transactions, Family Litigation, Personal Transactions, Entertainment Law and other civil matters.
